
Program Details
The Born to 12 program is a support system designed to guide you to love yourself through your postpartum journey and prepare you for your return to work. A series of weekly videos will support your changing needs throughout your first 12 weeks home with baby. With a focus on self connection and self care, this program will help you feel strong and confident in the new you as you prepare for your return to work.
You will also have access to accompanying materials that are provided to support you in each week's topic.
